And with all these credits, none of the Sahabhaas put themselves forward in calling to Allaah. Only those who were identified by the Messenger of Allaah alaihi salam were given the responsibility of Presenting the Religion of Allaah. During his lifetime, Allaah's Messengeralaihi salam appointed Muad Ibn Jabal raliyallahi anhu for Yemen and Abu Moosa Al Ashari raliyallahi anhu for Sham and other such Sahabhaas for other places. And only based on Rasoolullaah's selection, the Sahabhaas carried out the Responsibility of Calling towards Allaah. And the selection of Abu Baker raliyallahi anhu as the "Kulafa Ur Rashideen" after the lifetime of the prophet was purely due to the preference given by Rasoolullah during his lifetime.And appointing Abu Baker raliyallahi anhu to pray over the people in his place during his lifetime. And upon this basis only, Abu Baker raliyallahi anhu was selected as a Khalifah. And after that, those people who were appointed by Abu Baker raliyallahi anhu for the Service of Calling towards Allaah was accepted and supported whole-heartedly by all the other sahabhaas.

Like this, whoever among the Sahabhaas was appointed by the Khulafa Ur Rashideen were known as Callers, Ulemaahs, Muftees, Qadees and Khateebs, they were the only one's who carried out these tasks. This was the methodology of doing dawaah during the times of Allaah's Messenger and the Sahabhaas. And during the times of the Tabiyeens also, those who sat with the Sahabhaas gained the True Knowledge and were identified by the Sahahbhaas for carrying the burden of Calling towards Allaah. Like Said Ibn Musayyib rahimahullah, Taawus ibn Kaythaan rahimahullah and as such kibaaru Tabiyeens were selected as Ulemaahs and Callers by the Sahabhaas. When the people attained their Islamic Knowledge upon these fundamentals and gained the understanding of the Religion, there were no Misguidance nor misguided individuals among thiS ummaah. When the Ulemaahs among the Tabiyeens who were identified by the Sahabhaas and the ulemaahs among the Tabau Tabiyeens who were identified by the Tabiyeens were neglected, all misguidance and innovations were formed.
